Registration opens mid-August.
Registration fee includes 1 practice and 1 game per week and a uniform
Skill assessments are in late October/Early November & teams are formed shortly after.
The season has 9-10 regualr season game weekends with dark time coinciding with school breaks
Season ends with playoffs the first weekend in March and all Championship games played that Monday
COACHES are needed for the league to function. PLEASE volunteer if you’re interested!
Coaches can have 1 Assistant Coach
Maximum 10 players per team
practices & GAMES
PRACTICES
One practice per week, one hour long
Practice days are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
Times are 5:30/6:30/7:30/8:30
Younger divisions typically practice earlier. 7th & 8th Grade boys have the 8:30 PM slots.
The coach determines the practice time for their team.
Location: FIS Gym at 4490 Cornishon in La Canada
GAMES
Games are played on Saturdays and Sundays and start on the hour starting the first weekend after Thanksgiving break.
We maintain one Saturday-only team for games in each division.
Saturday and Sunday games start at 10 AM and the last game starts at 5 PM

Locations: La Canada High School at 4463 Oak Grove Drive - (North Gym)
There are two referees and a scorekeeper for each game

The league uses the Stack Team App for registration and announcements. Please sign up with Team App when you register. Instructions below to sign up in a browser and there is also an app in the Apple and Google stores.
